San Francisco Botanical Garden
In this beautiful garden, seasonal blooms bring the vibrancy of nature to life. It is a 75-year-old treasure that spans 55 acres in the previously mentioned Golden Gate Park. These include the forests of Southeast Asia, South America and Central America.

Alcatraz Island
Formerly a maximum-security prison in the center of the San Francisco Bay, in the 1870s, this attraction was switched from a lighthouse station to a military prison. It is a formidable fortress that was home to the most notorious criminals. Today, you will make it only to “The Rock” by way of a ferry that runs from Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing.
